The Year of Horse was going to leave us and the Year of Goat will come, on December 23 of Chinese lunar calendar which was thought as the beginning of Chinese New Festival we held the staff meeting for welcoming Year of Goat.
In the morning, the plant was cleaned up and waited for this new day.
In 2014, there were many reconstructions and decorations were done in the plant, such as the toilet, laundry, and especially the meeting hall on the third floor of office building, in which we held the staff meeting.
At 9:40 a.m., everyone was dressed up with clean uniform followed the guys of facility department and ran to the hall, the leadership members encouraged the people with loud voice “facility department, come on”, “workshop one, come on”…And the people also responded with same words.
In the meeting hall, the General Manager gave an opening speech: “We, Jindanese have a different meeting style, we are not dictatorial but make all guys involved in, and we commit ourselves by our heart and spirit. New member who came into Jinda in 2014 stand up please! Welcome! Sit down please. In 1996 we had 432 employees, but in 2005 we only had 43, and now we have had 158. We need to expand our business, operate our lives well, make models for our children and contribute to society!”
The staff from 3 workshops showed their model of morning which encourage and embraved us very much.
During the meeting, we practiced emergency action and escape drilling, we, 158 people spent 1 minute and 18 seconds to run from third floor to a safe squire outside the office building, and then we took a picture in front of our philosophy stone which marks “kindness, positive, innovation, contribution”.
Then we came back to the hall, the General Manager spoke again: “A nation is living by its spirit, so an enterprise is! We should thank our ancestors for they left excellent culture which is the root of “living”. There are 3 import things for a person: understanding, dream and action. We do understand in the morning and night, we will improve in the next day. Value comes from creation which is from originality which is from inspiration which is from passion; the foundation of passion is dream and mission!”
The managers gave a 90-seconds manger speaking speech one by one after general manager’s speech.
3 from 5 staff representative also gave their speech, they were competing the opportunities for speech.

Goals for 2015: sales volume reaches to USD 10 million, technical innovation, standardization of line operation, raises employees income 10% at least.
General Manager gave the final blessing.
After the meeting, we had many activities on the playground.
